Compliance Specialist

**Description**
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**
+ Support the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of measures, processes, and controls to meet legal and internal requirements of the Compliance Program.
+ Provide subject matter proficiency to the Corporate Compliance department in any or all the following areas:
+ Enterprise Risk Management
+ Third Party/ Vendor Compliance
+ Data Privacy Compliance
+ Compliance Training Development
+ Policy and Procedures Development
+ Support the administration of a third-party Compliance reporting platform
+ Assist in tracking and reporting Compliance trends to the Company, Board and external stakeholders
+ Assist as needed with
+ Communicating with hotline reporters
+ Advising and consulting the business on Compliance matters
+ Collaborating with other departments on Compliance matters
+ And other duties as required.
**Required Qualifications** :
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3-5+ years of relevant Compliance experience
CCEP certification a plus
Spanish language proficiency a plus
