Duties shall include, but are not limited to, maintainingassociated compliance requirements as well as maintaining allthird partyqualification sites including commercial and safety related compliance reporting requirements. **Responsibilities** + Ensuring compliance with and maintenance of current corporate entity information with third party qualification entities for commercialconcerns. + Ensuringtimelyandaccuratecompliance reporting and maintenance of health and safety related third party qualification entities. + Utilizeestablishedinternal controls and auditing systems toidentify, detect, and correct noncompliance. + Inform internal business departments ofnoncompliance andassistintimelycorrectiveaction + Maintain and prepare all Certificates of Insurance. + Monitor all business licensing for the company and ensure licenses and requirements are kept up to date + Monitor other licensing such as Professional Licensing used for the benefit of the company and work with license holders to ensure proper maintenance and renewals are achieved **Qualifications** + Bachelordegree or equivalentexperience working with licensure compliance activities + 2+ years working with third party compliancewebsites + Detailed oriented.  + Outstanding organizational skills. + Proven and effective time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. + Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. + Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements,schedulesand priorities.  + Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.  + Exceptional interpersonal skills. + Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills. \#LI-AM2 **Company Overview** Qualus is a leading pure-play power services firm and innovator at the forefront of the energy transition and transformation, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernization, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
