Responsibilities Reporting to the VP of Clinical Practice and Quality, the Compliance Specialist performs and/or oversees a variety of associated administrative, staff support, and planning activities in support of the Compliance TeamMaintains compliance matters database and coordinates the intake of compliance complaints daily. Conducts QA reviews of database on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basisAssists with monitoring & auditing compliance metrics required by the CompanyAssists with the preparation of reports for the Board of DirectorsHelps the Chief Compliance Officer with implementing the Compliance Work Plan and assists with monthly reporting of Compliance & Healthy Insurance Portability Accountability Act efforts and investigationsProvides assistance at multiple levels as needed in order to complete projects on time and stay in compliance with Company and regulatory requirementsProvides administrative support to the team to include preparing, proofing and editing documents; managing staff calendars, timekeeping and communications, scheduling meetings, and organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy filesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor degree preferred; will consider applicants with experience in a compliance/internal audit related environment in lieu of degreeAt least two years of experience in compliance, internal audit, basic law or paralegal positions strongly preferredMay substitute Masters degree or other advanced degree for years of experienceUnquestionable ability to manage highly confidential informationAnalytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
