What do we expect you to bring?

A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable university in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, Finance, International Relations, Law or other relevant fields, Preferably at least 5 years of experience in Anti- financial Crime Compliance departments of financial institutions such as insurance companies, banks, etc., Preferably experience as a Compliance Officer, Experience and knowledge of MASAK regulations and related operations, Excellent problem-solving and outstanding verbal/written communication skills, Advanced proficiency and communication skills in English and Turkish, Ability to multitask productively and work both independently and in collaboration.

How can you make an impact?

Implementing compliance programs (anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, customer protection, conflict of interest, regulatory compliance, FATCA, CRS, anti-corruption, etc.), Advising business units on compliance programs and developing training programs, Consulting activities, predicting and managing compliance risks, Ensuring the implementation of internal rules, legal regulations, and the execution of compliance controls, Coordinating and interaction with MASAK (preparing official documents, audit coordination, etc.), Coordinating with Allianz Group's relevant departments on Group regulations, projects, etc.
