JR58448 Compliance Technical Program Manager

Micron’s Product Compliance team delivers products compliant with applicable customer and regulatory requirements.  This involves participation in core teams, co-working with other groups in Micron such as Design, Fab, Marketing, Product and Test Engineering, Package Development and Assembly counter-parts and manufacturers in Asia with respect to design, development, qualification and ramp to ensure products do not contain restricted substances.  When restricted substances are found the Compliance Technical Manager will work with relevant teams to identify and implement suitable replacement substances or articles. Be part of the team today!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure the successful sourcing or development of alternative articles and materials with desired chemical composition by the committed timelines.Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, and manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance requirements are included in the development process for Memory Components, Modules, and SSDs.Establish and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to collaborators.Develop and maintain project data sites to house project artifacts and information/documentation received from both internal and external stakeholders (suppliers).Manage risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.Work closely with external partners, suppliers, and internal teams to align on technical requirements and ensure on time delivery of information and documentation required to meet customer and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the compliance process.Collaborate with compliance team members to satisfy information requests regarding Micron products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in technical program management, specifically in semiconductors or related fieldExcellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.  Project Management Professional certification preferred.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams through ambiguity.Experience with regulatory filings and regulatory monitoring preferred.
