The Team and Role:
Component Planning is a core strategic function within the Operations Team at Logitech. We are looking for an experienced and high performing component planning manager who will work cross functionally in a global setup to support our business growth.To be successful in this role, you need to be strategic, nimble and action oriented. You are entrepreneurial and demonstrate creative problem-solving and excellent ability to strategize, execute, and lead. You have a bias for continuous improvement and excellence.The component planning team works closely with sourcing, supply planning and factory teams for proactive risk mitigation on component supply, monitor supplier materials management, develop buffer strategies and create tools and models for managing components.

Need a proactive mindset
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Sourcing, Supply Planning, Manufacturing) to have the optimal solution for Component risk mitigation
Manage Supplier's critical materials and proactively highlight risk. Work on excess reduction / excess resell processes
Support Buy-Sell Process
Work with critical material suppliers to improve supply & provide visibility
Develop Buffers strategies and management
Offer robust supply chain & planning scenarios to support company's forecast and business
Create ad-hoc demand-supply/ cost analytical models in Google Sheets / Excel.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related subject area with 4+ years of global work experience in materials planning.
Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
Must have a basic foundational knowledge of planning tools and material planning processes [Excel/Google Sheets, MRP, Simulations, Product BOMs, Safety stock theory, inventory management], ERP experience [Oracle or SAP].
Demonstrated decision making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Good teamwork, proactive and follow through mentality.
Supplier management, Tableau skills & supply chain planning background is a plus
