Job Ad: Components Engineer - Missile Program Support (Grand Prairie, TX)
Pay Rate: $80-$88/hr

Our client:
Our client is a leading aerospace and defense contractor. This is a temporary position (W2 Only) in Grand Prairie, TX and is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. The contract is expected to last approximately 1 year. With the opportunity to convert permanently. This role is on-site, so you should be comfortable commuting to Grand Prairie. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive Components Engineering support focused on obsolescence management, standardization, and engineering data definition.Prepare part standards and procurement control requirements, resolve quality issues, and recommend process improvements.Act as a liaison among part vendors, procurement teams, LM customers, and subcontractors.Address and resolve obsolescence issues and support counterfeit avoidance strategies.Generate customer reports, facilitate part substitutions, and qualify second-source components.Draft part procurement specifications and resolve development and production part issues.Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical component manufacturing processes and physical property analysis.At least 10 years of experience in Components Engineering with a deep understanding of electronic components and devices at the integrated circuit or discrete level.Proven 10-year experience in new component releases and qualification.Desired Skills:
Knowledge and experience with DMSMS management.Expertise in handling component-related failure issues, addressing pure tin challenges, and detecting counterfeit parts.Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
