Annual Return On Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20.7% of eligible earnings Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20% of eligible earnings Basic Job Functions: Responsibilities for a Components Technician include but are not limited to: Receive/generate Component orders and ensure order accuracy in a timely fashion to builders/customers. Build and maintain effective and profitable relationships with builders/customers. Coordination of component orders with internal team/external customers to ensure on time performance. Create sales and pricing strategies compatible with our goal of increased volume and profitability within the components department and be responsible for the successful implementation of such strategies. Coordinate component buyout items through Purchasing and outside vendors as required. Execute a scope of work take-off and clearly communicate a well-defined contract document. On some occasions this may require detailing specific parts and pieces from reviewing various sources of information (drawings, spec sheets, pictures, etc.). Utilize Nucor standard parts and details to effectively provide solutions to our customers.
