At our Henning Conagra Plant, we're producing PAM cooking spray which is a foundation to cooking, baking, or grilling a delicious meal. Reporting to the Compounding Team Lead, you will help combine ingredients and oversee the mixing process to make cooking spray. You will join a team of over 150 associates. **What impact will you have on our business:** + You will combine raw ingredients based on the recipe of the product being produced. operator all different machines and equipment. + You will oversee the sanitation and preventive maintenance of the compounding equipment and compounding department. + You will use a forklift to carry and stage raw ingredients. + Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements and Conagra's policies + Awareness of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor. + You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. + Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements. **Do You Have What It Takes:** + High School diploma or GED + Forklift Operator experience + Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand **Physical Requirements** While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are required to stand for extended periods of time. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies in temperature.
