Job Title: Compounder Job Description Set up, operate, and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment. Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients following established procedures to create finished products. Monitor batches for quality and customer parameters, including Critical Control Points and Control Points. Record production, sanitation, and test data accurately and legibly. Draw samples of products for quality tests. Fill containers with chemical products for sale or internal use. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company procedures. Promptly report all food safety, physical safety, and product quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
