Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fragrance Compounder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating batches of fragrances by following precise formulas and weighing exact amounts of raw materials. You will also mix the compounds, bring samples to the QC team for testing, and cover batches when complete.
Key Responsibilities:
Compound batches of fragrance by weighing raw materials from a formula.Mix compounds and bring samples to the QC team for testing.Maintain knowledge of Batch Metrics, Oracle, and ability to drive a forklift.Ensure a clean and safe workplace, adhering to ISO 9001 process flows.Work in an industrial environment with exposure to mild odors.Wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and lab coat.Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience compounding fragrance formulations (ideally 1 year).Experience in fragrance applications is a plus, but the main priority is compounding.Ability to work with a small team and multitask effectively.Must be able to speak and read English.Some computer skills required.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work overtime when necessary.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Small team environment; looking for a nice person, team player, and someone who can multitask.Work is carried out in an industrial environment with exposure to mild odors.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
