In this role, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary design engineers and will develop a solid connection with overall CREE organization, System Engineering, and Project Engineering and is accountable for the team execution on CCUS, Hydrogen and Clean integrated power solutions along with the O&G solutions for traditional energy and industrial markets
As a Compressors and Radial Expanders Leader, you will be responsible for:
Designing and selecting of centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, and radial expanders, both in NPD programs and requisition jobs. Driving operability of compressor and radial expander systems with control philosophy preparation, transient conditions performance predictions and dynamic simulations.Supporting shaft line activities and torsional analyses, including alignment, couplings, gearboxes and starting system selections.Integrating disciplines related to the execution of the programs connecting with the other departments and provide relevant technical support.Offering demonstrated experience in management of complex, global, technology-oriented projects with relevant cross-functional exposure.Promoting mentorship for team members across and beyond teams.Driving and consolidating a strong and collaborative team.Setting and meeting project goals and business priorities.Leading the team by example and perform a strong connection within CREE and with other teams.Managing all phases of recruitment, training, and performance development.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field. Ph.D. is a plus.Demonstrate knowledge of turbo machinery or mechanical systems.Have experience in cross-functional teamwork and ability to work closely with multiple functions.Have a wealth of experience in Compressors engineering & technology.Have knowledge of customer processes and novel design methods.Have technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.Be roll model in promotion of the company interdependent culture and proactively demonstrate its values in global engineering community and above.Be open to innovative ideas and passionate to new technologies.Work in a way that works for you
