Click here: MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center | MercyOne (https://www.mercyone.org/location/mercyone-north-iowa-medical-center) Join the MercyOne Family! **We are looking to hire a CT Technologist!** As a **CT Technologist** at MercyOne, you will maintain all standards of the Computed Tomography (CT) area established by the Imaging Department. + Performs CT examination per policy/procedure + Demonstrates excellence customer service to internal and external customers + Supports CT quality assurance programs per ACR regulations + Follows all CT policy, procedures and practices as defined in department and CT policy manual + Monitors CT area for safety and utilizes safe radiation practices + Ensure proper working of all equipment and communicates with appropriate service personnel + Demonstrates competency of image management utilizing RIS, HIS, PACS and AW workstation **Schedule:** + 36 hours/week; Primarily daytime shifts with varied hours; Rotating days/weekends/holidays. **General Requirements:** + Must be credentialed in Radiology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ( ARRT). + Must possess current IDPH Permit to Practice. + Must be credentialed in Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 6 months of hire date. + Must provide proof of **Basic Life Support** (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association; or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer-LIVE class only) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire and maintains current status. + Completes **Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse** requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 5 years.
