The Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated Computer Aided Design Operator to join our Microelectronics team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Manhattan Beach, CA and requires on-site work.
The selected candidate will perform a variety of duties to support the research and development of advanced microelectronics products for the Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center. Candidate will be primarily responsible for lithography mask layout using computer aided design for a large variety of semiconductor devices. Candidate will digitize, edit, revise, and generate patterns for engineering drawings of components, parts, circuits, structures and/or assemblies, as well as make engineering computations, mathematical calculations, and prepare or revise specifications.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Candidate should be proactive in learning, collaborating closely with product engineers, process engineers, RF circuit designers, and test engineers.

High school diploma with 4 years of engineering or graphic design experience, Associate's degree with 2 years of engineering or graphics design experience, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universityExperience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) or experience with computer programmingSalary Range: $54,400.00 - $90,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
