SUMMARY

Responsible for the development and delivery of Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) and Computer Based Training (CBT). Products include training media in multi-media, virtual, game-based, and distributive training environments.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish methodologies, processes and working group interaction in all stages of IMI and CBT development to ensure reliable and repeatable results. Develop engaging training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led, computer-based, web-based, and mobile training. Develop training products using Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) Learning Object Module (LOM). Work with Instructional Systems Designers, Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware. Develop test items. Scale development efforts to meet production timelines. Keep abreast of training and development research: new materials, methods and techniques. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
