Join ECPI University as a Computer Information Sciences Instructor

We are seeking experienced professionals to teach Computer Information Sciences (CIS) courses at our campus locations and online. If you’re passionate about sharing your industry expertise, providing hands-on instruction, and impacting students’ lives, consider joining our team. Our five-week terms offer the ideal setting to help adult learners achieve their goals. Evening and weekend availability required.

AI/ML and Data Analytics Cloud Computing Cyber and Information Security Technology Cybersecurity Digital Forensics Technology Digital Forensics Technology or Software Development Software Development UX and Web Development

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Master’s degree in Computer Information Science or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution Ph.D. in Computer Information Science preferred CISSP, CEH, and CHFI certifications highly desirable 3-5 years industry experience required 10-15 years career industry experience preferred 2 years teaching or presentation experience a plus

Skills/Abilities

Technical skills required - Networking, Windows 2012 and above, Linux, Cisco routers and switches Technical skills preferred - SANS/Storage administration, VMWare technologies, and VDI technologies, such as Citrix Strong academic and professional record Excellent oral and written communication Ability to work with a variety of learning styles and skill levels Strong time management skills and detail-orientation
