Your SMD rework skills are key! Other responsibilities include shipping/receiving, parts/inventory, equipment software updates, system configuration and test equipment calibration coordination, and ordering lab supplies.** **For this role you will be working with the Hardware Development team.** **Basic Requirements:** + **Associate’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Computer related field** + **0-2 years of experience** + **Self-driven and proactive** + **Ability to solve problems** + **Work with vendors** + **Fundamental level of understanding PC architecture, storage architecture, network architecture, GPU architecture, and general I/O** + **Equipment knowledge includes: DMM, Power Supplies, Scope, etc.** + **Results oriented in a fast-paced environment** + **Attentive to detail** + **Ability to multi-task** + **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills** + **Excellent organizational skills** + **Positive professional attitude with flexibility** + **Able to lift and move pkg. up to 40lbs** **Preferred Requirements:** + **SMD component rework, precision soldering** + **Working knowledge of lab ESD best practices** + **Working knowledge of lab inventory systems (Snipe-IT)** + **Working knowledge of export control classification (ECCN)** + **Working knowledge of JIRA** + **Working knowledge of Windows/Linux and Office applications** **Adecco offers a solid benefits program with generous PTO, Paid Holidays, and more.** **Pay depends on your skills and education background, but ranges from $23.00 to $25.60 per hour.** **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.60 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
