ARSIEM is seeking candidates for our Small Business Innovations Research (SBIR) internship program to support various research development teams. Would you like to research or develop various applications supporting ongoing innovative projects and researching advanced technologies? We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience while being excited about the benefits of contributing to research or development efforts. You may also be responsible for conducting research in specialized areas that ARSIEM is exploring. You will have the opportunity to focus on various activities and subjects related to Computer/Data Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology. For this position, you will work on a team responsible for the research, design, and development of cutting-edge web-based applications, user interface features that provide real-time indications, or you may work on an introductory reverse engineering effort. You will be part of a team of fun and energized professionals. Interns at this level typically represent college students trying to gain related work experience while pursuing a degree. Candidates will ideally have: + Current enrollment in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related degree-seeking program at the Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate level + Enthusiasm and passion for innovation + Willing to work well in a team environment + Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral) with the team + Comfortable with programming languages + Experience in any of the following areas, software development, data science, AI/ML, Cyber Security, IoT, BlockChain etc. Requirements to participate in some of the efforts of this intern program: + US Citizen or US National + Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher is required. + Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science or related majors encouraged + For US applicants only – willing to obtain a Security Clearance + Must be willing to work part-time: 40 hours a month/ 10 hours a week.
