Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing Security Cooperation portfolio investments that align with the mission. You will work independently and planning and administering programs and activities to ensure that information security requirements are consistent with organizational goals. You will ensure supply chain, system, network, performance, and cybersecurity requirements are included in contract language and delivered IAW applicable regulations. You will lead, define, manage, and integrate efforts of several groups or teams. Assumes and assigns ownership of processes and products, as appropriate. You will present organizational briefings to convey strategic vision or organizational policies. You will implement strategic investment plans within and across organizational components. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles. Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses. Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies. Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Knowledge of resource management principles and techniques. Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
