Key Responsibilities

Configure company devices and guide users in operating all company-related software and equipment Monitor, order, and assign computer supplies Facilitate repairs and upgrades on various devices such as laptops, mobile phones, printers, and CCTVs Maintain repair logs and maintenance schedules Set up stable and secure network connections, firewalls, and access points Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them in a timely manner
