Configures company devices and guides users in operating all company-related software and equipment Monitors, orders, and assigns computer supplies Facilitates repairs and upgrades on various devices such as laptops, mobile phones, printers, and CCTVs Maintains repair logs and maintenance schedules Guides users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
