We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Technician to join our IT & Test Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in enterprise computer hardware and software, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to troubleshoot logically, communicate effectively, and contribute to both technical and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level hardware and software systems.

Provide technical support and resolve issues through logical debugging and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.

Administer and support databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth IT & Test operations.

Document technical processes and prepare clear, effective presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Maintain a high standard of reliability, accountability, and teamwork in daily operations.
