Responsibilities Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issuesAssisting with system upgrades; and ensuring compliance with security protocols.The technician will support clinical workforce members by configuring, deploying, tracking, and properly disposing of devices; managing user accounts; and providing technical support and instruction across various Windows and Mac platforms while ensuring adherence to HIPAA requirements. Three years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
