Concert Operations Coordinator

Role Objective: As the Concert Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Concert Operations Team and maintaining essential market data for the business. Acting as a key liaison between the team and venues, you will ensure seamless communication, accurate scheduling, and efficient tour planning. Your ability to manage calendars, databases, and key event details will directly contribute to the success of Live Nation tours and events. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for live entertainment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: + Calendar & Database Management: Maintain and update key event information for Live Nation tours and events across Australia and New Zealand. + Market Monitoring: Track competitor activity and greenfield site holdings in an easy-to-read and shared document. + Venue Coordination: Oversee and communicate venue availability and scheduling for tours and events. + Tour Routing Support: Assist in developing efficient tour routing plans and ensuring accurate venue availabilities. + Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with venues and internal teams. + Event Documentation: Ensure the timely preparation and distribution of venue confirmations, tour confirmations, and itineraries. + Operational Support: Assist with maintaining ROME, venue information files, and department databases. + Reporting & Analysis: Support ticketing operations, production planning, and the preparation of periodic department reports. Required Skills and Experience: + Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. + Experience with event coordination, venue scheduling, or a related field is preferred. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. + Passion for live entertainment and a proactive approach to teamwork.
