What will you do? Receives drink orders from patrons or servers Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer Enters drink orders into register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned Performs other duties as assigned More about you Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant Experience in credit card processing and handling Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names Basic math skills, with ability to accurately maintain inventory and sales transactions Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times Will be required to work outdoors and in variable temperatures depending on the season Shift details
