Assist Retail Food operations by providing exceptional customer service and processing customer sales through our POS systems.
Core Responsibilities
• Accurately process food and beverage sales using cash registers, scanners, or wireless equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout our campus locations.
• Work closely with student cashiers throughout the academic year. This will require training others on our POS machines
and enforcing all cashier policies and procedures
• Assists in food production work including food prep and grab and go production. This will require proper use of kitchen
equipment.
• Ensure the highest standards in sanitary FOH procedures, condiment, coffee stations, tables, floors and trash storage are
clean and always maintained.
• Always Cleaning work areas, including counters, floors, dishes, and related equipment and ensures they are in proper
sanitary condition.
• Observe proper food storage and handling procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure that food and beverages are properly and safely served. Some locations will require Serve safe certification.
