Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Detroit, Michigan. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsManage labor and profit lossHelp train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS systemEnure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when neededAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about youExperience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree required

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
