Position requires an individual to have supervisory skills, customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of food preparation, oversee all areas in preparing location and area for day to day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.Ensures accurate cash handling procedures at all times.Follow rules and regulations of SMG Food & Beverage.Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.Ensures proper opening and closing of stand.Ensures inventory counts are accurate before, during and after events.Maintains cleanliness in the stands and other work areasOther duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities
Assign tasks to all other retail part time employees.Ensures all employees are abiding by all policies and procedures.Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlinesParticipate in check out procedures.Oversee pre and post event tasks.Advises Retail F&B Managers when issues arise.Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.1 year supervisory experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.Oklahoma ABLE Commission Liquor License or ability to obtain one upon hireTIPS Training preferredSkills and Abilities
