The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal part-time Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona.

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service during the 2025 Spring Training Season.

This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 23rd through March 22nd with typical shift availability needed from 9 am – 5 pm. Example: 9 am start time for a 1 pm game with gates opening at 11 am.

What will you do? Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Manage labor and profit loss Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary More about you Must be at least 18 years old Available to work Spring Training event/game days Experience working in a restaurant required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred Must have or obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler’s card. Must be able to implement rules and direct employees A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season Shift details
