Job Overview We are looking for a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff of our senior living building in Sarasota, Florida. 55 hours per two weeks Day/Evening shifts Wednesday - Sunday 2:00pm-8:00pm Holidays as needed Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access! Job Duties: Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents and vendors. Receptionist, answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person. Maintains a clean and orderly reception, lobby, and Welcome Room to create the best “first impression” to customers. Receives and sorts mail. May type memos, minutes of meetings, letters, administrative/secretarial duties. Maintains work orders to ensure timely response to resident requests.
