Responsibilities

As Concierge, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

Schedule: 

Monday 7:15-5

Tuesday 9-6

Wed 9-6

Thur 9-6

Friday 7:45-4

 

Patient registration.Greet and check patients in.Track new patients.Reach out to patients when they are late.Communicate with clinical team for new patient tours. Deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
