Overview Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for leading family and adult activity programs Guest service and assistance relating to general need for guest information and direction Communicate and promote guest activities and resort special event programs to Guests Collaborating and coordinating with other resort departments as needed, on activities and events Knowledge of wines and beverages specific to bar menu Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department Perform accurate bar inventory as deemed necessary by the Director of Sales Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas, including bar Assist the Food and Beverage Department as needed Provides exceptional customer service to all guests Other Responsibilities: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position Must be 21 years or older
