Our Customer Experience team provide the building community with exceptional service, understanding each customer and anticipating their needs daily. They will make people’s workdays more rewarding and efficient by facilitating services and anticipating requirements for the occupants of this co-working space.
At the heart of the workplace our Concierge team provide personalised services to our tenants and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community. They will be the first point of engagement with tenants and visitors, creating a warm, supportive, and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience.
**The Opportunity:**
+ Serve as the welcoming face of the asset in the CBD, fostering a warm and inviting lobby atmosphere.
+ Oversee the Visitor Management sign-in system, offering technical support as needed.
+ Identify and create opportunities for personalized, high-quality guest service.
+ Manage the Concierge service-request portal, ensuring prompt responses to all guest inquiries.
+ Provide local insights and support for staff and guests, including event ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
**About you:**
+ Proven experience in a front-of-house role within corporate, events, or hospitality settings.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and connect with diverse guests.
+ Genuine passion for service and interest in fostering a sense of community.
+ Attention to detail in following established processes and procedures.
+ Ability to confidently address and resolve a variety of inquiries and complaints.
