Essential duties and responsibilities

Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendationsAssist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggageTake care of the Concierge Desk and provide personalized service to all guests

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantageMinimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotelProficiency in English, Putonghua and CantoneseHigh standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
