THE ROLE

As a Bilingual Concierge Advisor, you will:

Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email in French and EnglishSell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertiseResolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfactionMeet and exceed established performance targets

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Bilingual Concierge Advisor has:

The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationshipsAn aspirational sense of individual styleThe desire to thrive on a high-performance teamThe commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values and standardsThe ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) and French (written and verbal)Native French-Canadian or French speaker preferredCertifications in French language proficiency such as DALF/CEFRL C1 & C2 preferredThe aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systems

Retail, contact centre, customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset.

THE LOGISTICS

As a Bilingual Concierge Advisor, you have:

The ability to start at the end March 2025The ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in your first two weeksTraining is typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00AM – 2:00PM, 2:30PM – 8:30PM or 11 AM – 5 PMThe ability to work shifts within our operating hours of 6AM - 9PM PST (including evenings and weekends)No extended time off from April/May through July/August during our peak sales events

Actual hours scheduled each week will depend on your availability and business volumes.

THE COMPENSATION

The starting wage for this position is $21/hr.
