 Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in the Chicago Market, based out of Des Plaines or Lockport! 


  The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.  We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. 


This is a hybrid role, 2 days from home & 3 days in-office. We have two office locations in our Chicago Territory: one in Des Plaines & one in Lockport. We are looking to add to either location. 


Training period of 90 days would be full time in office until training has completed.



   RESPONSIBILITIES: 


   * Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners


   * Create and maintain homeowners’ job files


   * Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner


   * Work with RSR's and Scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process

 

  *  Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or Job's in Progress.


 * Resolve any post install situations.



   * Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls


   * Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress


   * Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations

   QUALIFICATIONS: 


   * 2+ years customer service experience


   * Solid and accurate data entry skills


   * Strong communication and time management skills


   * Competency in Microsoft Office software


   * High attention to detail and organization abilities


   * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks


  Salary Range: $26-30 hr. Based on experience. 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

  In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
