Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for Concierge, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. A candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to Assist Concierge Manager.
What you will do
Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitudeHandle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possibleAssist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practicesKnow what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guestsCommunicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized serviceDemonstrate thorough product knowledge when communicating with customersBe versatile, flexible, show stress management, manage criticism, and manage conflict effectively.Qualification and Skills:
Reading, writing and oral fluency in BOTH Japanese & English languageKnowledge of additional languages preferredCollege degree preferably specializing in hospitalityAbility to operate computer equipmentExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment.
