Job Description
The Concierge will be responsible for providing superior, personalized and professional service to the Residence Club Owners and their Guests. Duties of the post will include, but will not be limited to: Provide professional receptionist services at the Concierge deskCoordinate and action all pre-arrival requestsCorrespond by email and telephone in a professional and efficient mannerAssist with Club EventsPlan, organize and coordinate special guest requests and activitiesCoordinate the check-in process upon arrival and the check-out process upon departureLiaise with the housekeeping and bell staff to effectively communicate information that may exceed Owner and Guest expectationsEnsure that all Owners and their Guests depart as scheduled and that their folios are accurate and settled prior to departureWork closely with the Guest Services Manager/General Manager to ensure proper implementation of Residence Club policies and procedures Act as a liaison between the Management team and the Owners to ensure guest satisfaction JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidates must possess: A minimum of one years hospitality experience as a receptionist or concierge preferredA strong appreciation for delivering exceptional customer serviceThe ability to perform well under pressureA creative and resourceful approach to problem solvingProfessional etiquette and a well groomed appearanceExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Computer literacy and previous experience with Microsoft Office products
