Your Day-to-Day + Supervise and direct Asst. Concierge and Bell staff and activities. Able to provide guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition + Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests + Ensure a “welcoming sense of arrival” and demonstrate a “sincere farewell” while also ensuring the lobby, driveway, and Concierge area’s appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company + Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards + Maintains adequate supply of operational tools, stationery etc What We Need From You + High School Diploma or equivalent + Great communication skills.
