\nAbout the Role:\n

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a high-rise residential community. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, the Concierge plays a key role in creating a welcoming and upscale experience. This position requires strong knowledge of the local area, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGreet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.\nProvide information about the building, amenities, and local area, including directions and recommendations.\nHandle resident requests such as receiving packages, coordinating dry cleaning services, and making reservations for building amenities.\nPerform administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth facility operations.\nAddress inquiries and resolve concerns to enhance the overall resident experience.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n RequirementsQualifications & Skills:\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\nExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role preferred.\n\nWork Environment & Schedule:\n\nActive work environment with frequent standing, walking, and interactions with residents and guests.\nBoth indoor and outdoor responsibilities as needed.\nAvailability for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.\n\n
