As a Concierge you’ll be the warm, welcoming face that supports patients and visitors throughout their visit.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrivalEscort guests to their destinationsProvide basic patient and facility informationSupport patient concerns in partnership with Patient RelationsAnswer front desk calls and take messagesManage mail and deliveries as needed

Job Requirements:

High school diploma requiredCustomer service or hospital experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassion and professionalism in sensitive situationsAbility to multitask and thrive under pressureComfortable working independentlyBasic computer proficiency
