We are looking for a Full-Time security guards who would be interested working at a Office Setting at  Thompson, MB. 
As a  Concierge Security guard , you will primarily deal with the general public. Quality, service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our customers' priorities.

Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterent, and report writing/note taking. Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork Assist with access control and monitor individuals within the building. Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents. Conduct regular interior patrols of the building. Respond to issues in the parking lot if required. Manage crowds and ensure safety Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical situations, or security breaches. Access control & technology proficiency required. Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard in Thompson Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the security industry (asset) Must have  a recent clear criminal record check and Child Abuse check Customer service oriented Must be able to work days Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment
