JOB DESCRIPTION

Role:                      Concierge

Reports To:            Building Manager

Supervisor:            Building Manager/Asst. Building Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
 

Manage the front desk and lobby areaGreet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendlinessMonitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as neededPromote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest qualityWork with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experienceResponsible for telephone line answering and service requestsAble to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if requiredComply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of suppliesPerform other duties and ad hoc admin assignmentsAct as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff

Qualifications:

Thai nationality (Male/Female) Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events, general management, business administration or equivalent 1+ years’ of concierge experience in hospitality (essential)Strong interpersonal, and communication skillsGood organizational skills, follow-up and follow throughCustomer service-mindedFluent in written and spoken English (essential)Proficiency of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook - not afraid of using new technologies Required to work flexible hours including after hours or weekendsWell-organized with strong attention to detailsAble to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learnerSelf-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction
