Concrete Batcher | Dubbo

We are now seeking an experienced, reliable and committed Concrete Batcher to join the team at our Dubbo Concrete Plant.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Batcher role is commonly a career stepping stone into Heidelberg Materials Australia Management, therefore may suit an ambitious and career driven person.

This is a full time Monday to Friday role with regular rostered hours being anywhere between 5:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional Saturday mornings when required.

In your new role with us, you will:

Manage batching and loading of fleet for delivery to our valued customersContractor management for the plantBalance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiencyEngage with customers and respond to enquiriesManage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
