**Job Title: Concrete Carpenter ($25-30)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Pueblo, Colorado. This role involves working on a variety of structural projects, including bridges, walls, dams, and foundations, with a focus on heavy civil construction rather than flatwork.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Load and Unload Wall Panels** : Efficiently handle the transportation and placement of wall panels.
+ **Build and Construct Walls** : Assemble and erect walls according to project specifications.
+ **Tie Rebar** : Secure rebar in place to reinforce concrete structures.
+ **Pour Concrete** : Accurately pour concrete into forms and molds.
+ **Strip Forms** : Remove forms after concrete has set.
+ **Load Materials Back Up** : Ensure all materials are properly stored and organized.
+ **Clean Up the Site** : Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ **Concrete Construction Experience** : Proven experience in concrete construction projects.
+ **Carpentry Proficiency** : Strong carpentry skills, particularly in a construction setting.
+ **Blueprint Reading** : Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
+ **Hand Tools Familiarity** : Proficient with the use of various hand tools.
+ **Concrete Finishing Skills** : Expertise in finishing concrete surfaces.
+ **Concrete Forms Experience** : Experience with setting up and using concrete forms.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ **Civil and Heavy Civil Construction Experience** : Prior experience in civil and heavy civil construction is highly desirable.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
