Concrete/Epoxy Finisher (Traveling job) Simon Surfaces is looking for employees with great work-ethic and drive to join our organization. We specialize in concrete repairs, gas island restorations and epoxy installations all over the US. What you will do: + Assist the job foreman installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas. + Be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day. + Prepare surfaces for installation. + Mix products to make repairs or installations. + Operate power tools and equipment. + Carry materials and equipment. + Clean and maintain equipment and area. + Hands on epoxy flooring work and repairs, and other varying concrete/trowel down systems. + MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy products. What you will need: + 1+ year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience. + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle). + Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time when local work is not available (4 weeks consecutively). + When local work is available, be able to get to and from the jobsites on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio). + Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening. + Authorized to work in the US. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. What We Offer: + Starting pay of $18.00- $20.00 per hour.
