**Concrete Finisher** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher with at least 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing and grading concrete once it is poured. This role requires someone who has a strong background in concrete finishing, as the primary responsibilities do not involve much pouring. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $20-25/hr. A high school diploma or GED is required. **Must be able travel the central Austin area to different sites.** **Hard Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a concrete laborer or mason + Proficiency with hand-held and power tools, including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools + Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions **Soft Skills** + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately + Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** Central Austin **Work Environment** Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
