Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable individual for a position as a CONCRETE FINISHER to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Wilton Campus. Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer). **Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Maintain personal safety and ensure operations allow for the safety of others on the job site + Safely operate hand and power tools of all types; air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, pumps, power saws, buggies, trawls, pressure washers, forklift, skid steers, surveying and measuring equipment + Perform concrete preparation and finish work on applications of flatwork, bridge, deck and sidewalk + Form and pour strip forms + Prepare for pouring concrete including fine grading, pacing reinforcing steel and setting trench drains and bollards + Pour floors with pump trucks, buggies, screeds, floats and trowels + Cut and seal floors after pours + Demolition of existing concrete + Patch and repair concrete surfaces + Haul demo materials to dumpster + Unload materials and store efficiently on site + Maintain a clean safe job site + Keep work areas supplied with materials and clear of construction debris + Perform other duties as required **Required Qualifications:** + 2 Years previous concrete finishing experience + Strong attention to detail + Excellent communication skills + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team + Results-oriented with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines + Able to apply sound judgement and problem solving skills to projects and challenges + Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to report to work on time + Must be willing to travel + Must pass a pre-employment drug screen **Compensation:** Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.
