**Job Title: Concrete Finisher** **Job Description** A skilled construction worker responsible for smoothing and finishing freshly poured concrete surfaces on various construction projects, including floors, sidewalks, and industrial structures. The role involves ensuring a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing finish while adhering to company standards and safety protocols, all within a fast-paced environment across different job sites. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools like trowels, floats, and edgers to smooth and level freshly poured concrete surfaces, achieving desired textures and finishes. + Operate power trowels (walk-behind or ride-on), screeds (motorized or manual), and other necessary tools. + Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate concrete placement and finishing. + Perform general labor tasks related to concrete pours, including grinding, sanding, and metal finishing. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work site. **Essential Skills** + Concrete finishing + Experience with power and hand tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Knowledge of concrete forms and pouring techniques + 2+ years of experience on commercial/industrial construction sites **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Carpentry skills + General labor experience + OSHA 10 certification **Why Work Here?** This is a direct hire opportunity with the #2 concrete company in the United States.
