Concrete Laborer
Ledcor is now hiring experienced concrete Laborers with experience for an industrial headframe project located in Jansen Saskatchewan.

In this position you will perform general tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. including clean and site prep, snow removal, bush hammering and general clean up of rubble, debris and other waste materials.

Responsibilities

Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screedSnow removal, bush hammering, spotting of heavy equipmentOperates hand tools and lifts heavy itemsDigging, working with dirt, concrete, rock, grading, tape measures, levels and various tasks associated with concrete construction

Requirements

Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience with concrete labour in an industrial settingSuccessful completion of a criminal background check, pre-access drug and alcohol screeningsMust possess valid CSTS/CSO or BSO (Construction Safety Training Systems) certificationAbility to lift 50lbsComfortable working at heights

 Work Conditions:

Experienced applicants that reside in Leroy, SK or surrounding areas will be given preference due to the location of this project14 days on / 7 days off rotational shift, 10-hour workdaysCamp based accommodation provided for non-local employeesTravel allowance provided for qualified candidatesWork will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditionsBenefits provided by CLAC including extended health and dental, pension & RRSP
